The Incumbent assists with the operation of the finance department to include the Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing, Project Accounting, General Ledger, and other accounting functions. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: - Perform cost analysis and support month end close activities. - Review and resolve cost file discrepancies and reporting errors. - Analyze contract costs and labor metrics for accuracy and compliance. - Provide financial data, insights, and support to internal stakeholders. - Build and maintain annual and mid year operating plans and forecasts. - Prepare monthly billings, accruals, and financial adjustments. - Establish and update financial baselines; monitor variances. - Participate in recurring financial and program review meetings. - Respond to ad hoc financial data and reporting requests. - Conduct peer reviews of proposals and contract modifications. - Support indirect rate development and cost allocation processes. - Analyze actuals versus proje...Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst, Financial, Accountant, Analyst, Staff, Technology
