The Security Officer primary function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for our guests and team members while protecting the company assets and maintaining a safe and secured entertainment atmosphere. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests wins. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Responsible for maintaining security protection on property, including money transactions, service and performing command center/dispatch functions, when necessary. Checks for valid identification to ensure all guests are at least 21 years of age. Handles all monetary transactions between gaming operations in compliance with regulations and as required by property management.
