Essential Job Functions: Coordinate and operate, in an economic, legal and safe manner, all R&M & Utility expenses. Managing Birchstreet for all R&M expenses, participate in all month-end financial process and forecasting. Supervise a comprehensive maintenance and preventative maintenance program for public spaces, guestrooms and equipment. All work request and preventive maintenance to be managed in Synergy. Coordinate with other departments to maintain general conditions and adhere to safety, health standards and legal requirements set forth by hotel policy. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and discipline engineering associates in coordination with the Director of Associate Services. Recommend capital budget projects, obtain bids, and oversee contractors for project execution. Manage special permits and licenses as required.
