The Restaurant Supervisor at Manning's Sports Bar creates the extraordinary for our guests and team members with direct oversight of the restaurant operation. Ensuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in areas of responsibility. Review staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff. Check with Cooks to determine menu changes, substitutions or deletions for the day, and notify staff. Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures. Develop schedules to reflect staffing levels needed to give optimal guest service. Train new employees and update all employees on new procedures or policies. Conduct a physical inventory of bar ware and requisition replacement items as needed. Coach and counsel all employees when needed to reinforce department and company policy and procedures.
