Provides marketing and education to internal and external partners on behalf of the Bureau of Regional and Clinical Operations (BRCO). Manages the relationship and reporting structures between the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) Bureau of Media and Communications (BMAC) and BRCO. Develops contract statements of work and budgets for the coordinated media plan. Ensures all web pages and media accounts are maintained and updated including content, reporting, and functionalities. Ensures the annual communication goals and projects are representative of the Office of Public Health (OPH) core values with particular focus on respect for diversity and cultural competence, innovation, and creativity.
