The Cashiering Shift Supervisor will supervise and evaluate the overall operation of an assigned Cashier Cage and monitors the performance of Cashier personnel on an assigned shift while demonstrating and encouraging the highest level of guest service. Other duties may include, but are not limited to:Verifies and safeguards funds of assigned Cashier Cage on an assigned shift and performs all related functions during that shift. Accountable for all transactions in a Cashier Cage. Monitors, documents, and advises Cashiers as required. Maintains Cashier folders, upholds the confidentiality of Cashier Records and evaluates Cashier performance on a regular basis. Handles guests disputes, questions and acts as a source of information. Maintains confidentiality of all guests records and transactions. Provides courteous service and ensures guests satisfaction.
