Job Details

Prepares heart-lung machine and any other equipment critical to the specific operation. Removes and discards disposables according to policies and procedures at the completion of each procedure. Verifies the functionality of the equipment. Monitors the patient's status to manage the rate of blood circulation, balances the hemodynamics, maintains body temperature, stabilizes blood composition and handles other monitoring devices. Maintains compliance standards to ensure required and necessary quality controls for perioperative blood management. Maintains inventory, database entry and coordinates and documents equipment maintenance. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of related experience required.
