Reliability: As part of a small 2-3 person core team, consistent attendance and a "find-a-way" attitude are essential to our shops success. Requirements: Expertise in Heat Welding: Proven experience with Hot Air PVC Welding, Heat Sealing, or TPO/ Single-Ply Membrane Welding is required. Industrial Tooling: Hands-on experience operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines, grommeting equipment, and specialized heat welders.
