Job Details

Provide backup support to the medical assistant team, which includes all functions of a medical assistant. Assist with clinic scheduling, problem solving, patient wait times, and other areas of concern to increase efficient and quality services. Review charts, lab test results, and required forms for completeness and to assess follow-up as needed. Oversees medical supplies inventory and performs preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating, including sterilization of medical instruments and supplies are ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt. Provide support to injury care. Provide on-site services Work collaboratively with the clinic supervisor and staff on programs to improve client outcomes.
