Lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
Drive profitability, revenue growth, and expense control across departments
Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing management team
Strengthen and maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction, integrity, and performance
Monitor and improve key metrics: gross profit, CSI, inventory turn, and expense ratios
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and policies
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and dealership performance
Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building winning teams
Deep understanding of dealership financials and operational metrics
Experience with Chevrolet preferred
High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity
Ability to drive both short-term results and long-term growth
Strong communication and decision-making skills
