The Bar Supervisor is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the social venues of the hotel. The bar supervisor leads the bar team through service to maintain high standards throughout, manages product offering menu for excellence and consistency and leads the cocktail program ensuring consistency in execution as well as a diverse and seasonally changing menu. Job Description. Key Job Functions. Follow service guidelines according to the Brand standards in the Service Manual. Responsible for the creation of specialty beverage items and craft cocktails. Maintains a consistent selection of all spirits and ensures a balance in price point, flavor profile as well as often called for selections are available and listed on the menu.
