As a member of our Stewarding/Dishwasher team you are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes and silverware to be used by guests of casino/hotel, cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, and cleaning and sanitizing the dining room and banquet areas. This is a part-time position.*Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, dining rooms, and banquet areas* Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor in all interactions as well as maintaining composure in handling difficult interactions* Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures* Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same* Perform all other related and compatible duties as assignedOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:* Must be at least 21 years of age or older* Must pass a background check and drug test* Must have reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents* Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending on identified needs of the company* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team* Must have reliable transportation to and from workA FEW MORE THINGS:* Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen and food service areas.* Must be able to tolerate areas with temperatures in excess of 115 degrees near dish machine.* Must be able to use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas.* Must be able to operate the dish machine.* Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
