As a Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department. You will oversee workflow, staffing, training, and quality assurance, while also performing hands-on sterilization and processing tasks when needed. Your role is critical in ensuring instruments and supplies are properly decontaminated, assembled, sterilized, and delivered on time to meet both regulatory and facility standards. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain seamless operations.

We are seeking candidates with military experience who excel in leadership, accountability, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have hands-on sterile processing experience, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications, and will be committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly efficient work environment.

Location: Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC

Pay: $80k+ Salary

Annual Bonus of 7.5% of annual salary offered

Shift: 2nd or 3rd , Monday to Friday

401K- 6% Match

PTO- 3 weeks

Company Holidays- 9 days

Relocation- Available

$50 a month cell phone stipend

$50 a month parking stipend
