Warehouse Laborer – Weekly Pay + Overtime

We are hiring Warehouse Laborers for a large industrial manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to join a production environment with full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term career potential.
We are seeking dependable individuals who are motivated to work in a fast-paced industrial setting. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for all positions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
- Support production, finishing, packaging, and material handling processes
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in an industrial environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Steel toe boots required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, machine operation, or general labor experience is a plus
- Experience working around industrial equipment is preferred but not required
