Job Details

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of environmental compliance programs, including hazardous waste, solid waste, petroleum, oil, and lubricants (PO - Ls)/ Spills, and tanks. - Conduct inspections and monitoring of hazardous waste accumulation sites, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Support the update and implementation of spill prevention and response plans for PO - Ls. - Support oil-filled equipment (generators, transformers, etc) inspection program. - Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports, including hazardous waste generator reports, spill reports, and other compliance reports. - Maintain accurate records of environmental compliance activities, including tracking hazardous materials and waste management data. - Provide technical support and consultation to site personnel regarding environmental compliance issues and best practices. - Support on-site lead to host training programs for NASA staff and contractors related ...Environmental Technician, Technician, Environmental, Technical Support, Compliance, Waste, Industry, Technology
