Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas; Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards; Breakdown buffets and kitchen line and store food and equipment properly; Be able to support any position in the Kitchen that is in need of help
