This leadership role is responsible for directing crews, managing scopes of work, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in tank cleaning, hydro-blasting, degassing, and chemical cleaning, along with the leadership ability to manage teams and uphold the highest safety and performance standards. Every team member plays a vital role in protecting our environment, serving our clients, and building a lasting legacy of excellence.Learn more at Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise industrial service crews performing tank cleaning, hydro-blasting, degassing, and chemical cleaning operations.Develop and manage scopes of work, project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Direct field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Enforce compliance with OSHA, API, and company safety standards.Conduct daily safety meetings, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and permit reviews.Operate and oversee maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment, including:Air moversVacuum trucksHydro-blasting unitsPressure washersDiaphragm pumpsCentrifugal pumpsRobotics systemsReview industrial processing plans, piping diagrams, and process flow diagrams to execute work accurately.Complete daily job logs, progress reports, equipment inspections, and compliance documentation.Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders.Manage crew performance, provide coaching, and enforce company policies and procedures.Qualifications10+ years of experience in industrial services, including tank cleaning, hydro-blasting, degassing, and chemical cleaning.Strong knowledge of OSHA and API safety regulations and compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience developing scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.Proven leadership experience directing crews in industrial or marine environments.Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting industrial cleaning equipment.Ability to read and interpret industrial processing plans, piping diagrams, and process flow diagrams.Strong documentation skills, including daily reports, permits, and JSA completion.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for leading safety discussions and client coordination.Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces.A professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.BenefitsWeekly Pay CyclePaid Training and Advanced CertificationsSafety Equipment ProvidedPersonal Tool Replacement ProgramOpportunities for Advancement & Leadership GrowthReferral Bonus ProgramSupportive, Team-Oriented Work EnvironmentScheduleFull-TimeMonday-FridayAdditional hours, nights, or weekends as required by project demandsWork LocationOnsite at Legacy Industries Marine Shipyard - Jefferson, LARegional travel to project sites as requiredEqual Employment OpportunityLegacy Industries is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
