JPMorganChase - 201 Saint Charles Avenue - Responsibilities: Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.; Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.; Educate clients on technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.; Build meaningful relationships with clients, actively listening and sharing product knowledge, introducing them to experts as needed.; Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies.
