Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Patrol hotel premises to maintain security and respond to emergencies; Maintain visual contact with front desk and lobby areas; respond to guest and employee incidents; Hold briefings with Guest Services staff at the beginning and end of shift; Check IDs of visitors/employees and access secured areas for authorized personnel; Complete Incident/Accident reports in a clear and concise manner
