Front Desk Agent – Boutique Hotel Join Our Team! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our boutique hotel team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, requests, and concerns. Demonstrate a positive attitude and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, management, and hotel staff. Inspect guest rooms after housekeeping has completed cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for housekeeping staff. Maintain accurate records and communicate room status updates to relevant departments. Support hotel operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed. Must have a vehicle.
