* Develop messaging for websites, ad campaigns, video scripts, digital ads, email blasts, brochures, and more
* Tailor tone, structure, and strategy to fit each unique brand or candidate voice
* Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and digital teams to ensure message alignment
* Support rapid response needs
* Edit and refine drafts for accuracy, clarity, and punch *What We're Looking For:** 3+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency, political, or in-house)
* Strong portfolio showing a mix of marketing work
* Excellent grasp of tone, narrative, structure, and audience targeting
* Ability to work quickly under deadlines without sacrificing quality
* Comfort with conservative, free-market messaging
* Experience with digital marketing, branding, or campaign communications is a big plus
* Familiarity with AP style and political compliance language *Bonus If You Have:** Background writing for Republican campaigns, PACs, or advocacy groups
