Highly responsible technical and analytical work of a specialized nature providing technical and project management support of the Project Management Office (PMO). This position will be responsible for managing the PMO processes for managing projects, project deliverables, and reporting project performance metrics. Work also includes:

Either: A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Engineering, Telecommunications or a closely related field from an accredited college or university AND four (4) years of progressively responsible technical experience (e.g., systems administration, database administration, applications, security, networks administration) in a progressive IT organization, data processing management, or in a technology program. Two (2) years of this experience must have included project management.
OR: Eight (8) years of progressively responsible technical experience (e.g., systems administration, database administration, applications, security, networks administration) in a progressive IT organization, data processing management, or in a technology program. Six (6) years of this experience must have included project management.
This position requires a one year probationary period. A rating of training and experience, weighted 100%. All related previous experience will be considered for qualification purposes; however, credit on the rating of training experience will only be given for related experience gained within the last ten (10) years.
