Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities: Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment to ensure buildings and common areas are in good condition; Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs; Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects; Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs if necessary; Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
