Cashier/Runner

The counter and front of house position is one of our most important guest facing positions in the restaurant. Our customer service starts here and helps to ensure that all of our guests receive the warm hospitality that Fat Boy's Pizza has become known for. We pride ourselves on delivering great service to all of our guests. This position is for people who are outgoing, welcoming, and enjoy interacting with the general public.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and take guest orders, be knowledgeable of our dining options, ring in orders, and take payments on the POS system, in the restaurant and over the phone.
• Explain "How it works" at Fat Boy's - where the fountain drinks, napkins, and condiments are located. How to find a table and display the order number card, talk about the pizza in the display case and the popular options starting with the Slice's.
• Bring food to the table and make sure our guests have all they need.
• Bus and clean tables as guests finish dining.
• Opening and closing duties before the restaurant opens and after it closes.
