Empanola is looking for enthusiastic, extroverted and friendly people for our team. Main tasks and responsibilities include serving food and beverages to customers, reporting in timely manner for shift, according to company dress code, functioning as the "face" of the restaurant, engaging clientele and making their experience pleasant, explaining to guests about menu items, cleaning and preparing the dining areas, greeting and making all guests feel welcome at the restaurant, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.
Qualifications include previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields, ability to build rapport with guests, excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendly, outgoing personality, experience handling cash, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, and ability to function well in a fast-paced, team environment.
