Insight Global is seeking a Network Quality Analyst for one of our clients. This is a fully remote position responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of network infrastructure and low-voltage cabling installations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience reviewing or supporting structured cabling and network installations, with a strong understanding of installation standards, best practices, and quality control processes. This individual will review photo documentation, identify deficiencies, verify compliance, and provide detailed feedback to installation teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
• Review photo documentation of network cabling, rack installations, and low-voltage infrastructure to verify compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of completed installations and identify deficiencies, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Validate proper cabling routes, labeling, terminations, grounding, bend radius, strain relief, and rack organization.
• Document findings, approvals, rejections, and corrective actions clearly and consistently.
• Communicate QA findings and installation requirements to technicians, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of installation reviews, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Support installation acceptance and project closeout activities by ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Assist with improving installation standards, quality checklists, and photo documentation processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience performing quality assurance reviews, inspections, or validation of structured cabling, network infrastructure, or low-voltage installations.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, network infrastructure, and low-voltage installation standards.
• Experience with copper and fiber cabling, including proper routing, labeling, grounding, bend radius requirements, and cable management.
• Ability to review installation photos and accurately identify workmanship issues, compliance concerns, and required remediation.
• Experience working with installation standards, project requirements, and QA checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply quality standards across multiple projects.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide detailed documentation and constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience tracking reviews, approvals, and installation documentation.
• Experience using ticketing systems, project tracking tools, and document repositories.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• BICSI, CompTIA Network+, or similar industry certifications.
• Familiarity with TIA/EIA cabling standards and industry best practices.
• Previous experience developing QA standards, review processes, or installation checklists.
• Experience supporting installation acceptance and project closeout processes.
