We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our data management efforts. In this role, you will input, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems and databases. You will also review records for errors, perform quality checks, and support data cleanup projects. If you have strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and take pride in accuracy, this fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
  • Generate basic data reports from databases or spreadsheets as requested.
  • Transfer data from paper records, digital documents, or other sources into electronic formats.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company data standards.
  • Cross-reference data across multiple sources to identify discrepancies.
  • Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and standardization projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong typing skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with database navigation and data entry in CRM systems is a plus.
  • Impeccable accuracy with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and meet daily volume goals.
  • Clear written communication skills with the ability to flag issues and document processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
