You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a proactive approach make all the difference.Who You Are:* Guest Experience Champion: You have a passion for hospitality and take pride in anticipating and exceeding guest needs.* Clear Communicator: You excel in verbal and written communication, engaging guests and team members with clarity and professionalism.* Proactive Problem Solver: You approach challenges with confidence and creativity, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied guests.* Adaptable Team Player: You embrace change and work collaboratively, supporting your team and other departments to achieve shared goals.* Detail-Oriented Professional: You maintain accuracy and efficiency in every task, from handling payments to managing guest inquiries.* Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:* Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.* Assign rooms that meet guest preferences and special requests.* Obtain and verify credit and payment information in accordance with hotel policies.* Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.* Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings, and banquet orders.* Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.* Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.* Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.* Regular attendance in conformance with standards.* May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.* Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.* Perform other duties as assigned.Your Qualifications Include:* Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.* Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time required.* Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required.
