This position operates within the travel services industry and includes structured training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, and travel arrangements
• Gather client preferences and provide travel-related information
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel partners
• Maintain organized records and follow established processes
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Interest in travel and helping others plan trips
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
• Prior customer service or planning experience is helpful but not required
