The Remote Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the residential treatment home's daily activities. This role supports management and clinical staff by coordinating schedules, maintaining confidential records, handling communications, and assisting with general office operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally; scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff calendars; maintaining accurate electronic client and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality; preparing reports, letters, spreadsheets, and other documents; assisting with data entry, document filing, and record management; coordinating virtual meetings and taking meeting minutes when required; monitoring office supplies and assisting with purchasing requests; supporting onboarding and administrative tasks for new employees; communicating with staff, vendors, and external partners in a professional manner; and performing other administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred; previous administrative or office support experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality; and experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential treatment settings is an asset.
