Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator to support the Virginia Enrollment Broker Services program. This remote role is open to Virginia residents and emphasizes quality monitoring, performance analysis, reporting, and process improvement to ensure contractual requirements are met.

You will drive training initiatives, including new hire onboarding, refresher sessions, and ongoing coaching, while maintaining procedures and job aids, ensuring staff have
