🕒 3-Month Contract-to-Direct Hire (full-time conversion after 3 months)

💲 Up to $25/hr Contract

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large enterprise distribution and operations facility for one of our clients in Pearl River, LA. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role providing white glove IT support across desktop hardware, software, mobile devices, and end-user technologies.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, supporting end users in person, and working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide onsite white glove IT support for employees across the facility
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware
• Support iPhones, iPads, Surface devices, and Office 365 applications
• Manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow
• Assist with asset management and device deployments
• Support Citrix and Windows virtual desktop environments
• Troubleshoot conference room and audio/visual technology
• Assist with infrastructure and technical projects as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communication to end users

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on desktop support experience (enterprise environment preferred)
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting experience
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting Windows 11, Apple Ventura/Sonoma, and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Surface devices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have an A+ certification OR both an active Network+ and active CCNA certification

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
