School Food and Nutrition Services of New Orleans seeks an HR Generalist to support school cafeteria operations in 60+ schools in 11 civil parishes. Must be experiences and independently functional in recruitment, hiring, employee relations/discipline, staffing, comp and benefits, HRIS, legal compliance, FMLA/LOA and Worker's Compensation. 5-7 years HR experience preferred. Proven success in recruitment/hiring required. Food service industry experience helpful. BA/BS in applicable field highly desired. HR certification preferred. Thoroughly functional with MS office a must. Mandatory basic work hours 6:00am-2:30pm in New Orleans Central City. Must be willing to adhere to the ethical standards of the Roman Catholic Church and the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Outstanding benefits and free, secure parking.
