Our firm is seeking a highly professional and motivated Insurance Specialist (CSR) with an interest in personal development and a record of success in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are interested in this position will be responsible for taking customer questions, writing insurance policies and assisting customers in understanding the benefits and risks associated with their coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Gather application info and submit to carriers for quotes.
• Review coverage documents to verify accuracy.
• Contact customers to respond to billing and policy questions and offer assistance.
• Cross-sell products offered by the company.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
